We ship via United States Postal Service. You must have a valid United States Postal Address for shipping purposes.

We only ship to the Continental United States

Refund Policy

If you ordered the wrong type of bags, filters, whatever, we will give you a full refund on any unopened items less the shipping cost upon return. A 20% restocking fee may apply. We rarely apply the restocking fee. It is typically applied for large orders, orders older than 90 days or special order items that have been returned.

If you placed an order over $50.00 and you are returning all or part of the order, we will provide a full refund less any shipping cost we incurred above the amount initially charged at time of purchase.

If you received free shipping and are returning all of the items we will give you a full refund less our cost of shipping.

If you received free shipping and your order total falls under $39.99 after a product refund, the shipping cost applied will be $5.99.

Call or email us to let us know it's coming back. We typically do not accept returns after 30 days.

For a full refund or exchange on a vacuum cleaner:

1. Call us at (888) 673-2572 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
3. Ship it back to us within thirty days of receipt.

Vacuums must be in new condition..

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + our shipping cost. Returns without authorization are refused.

We do NOT accept return on used or opened vacuum cleaner bags, belts, accessories, or parts unless the mistake was ours or the product is defective

JAF Vacuums Inc and www.VacuumsInc.com reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing errors.
